Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><p>Position Summary：</p> <ul> <li>PE Responsibility for China-for-China manufacturing Flow</li> <li>End to End responsibility for products after release to mass production</li> <li>Interface to all other factory product engineers to drive/solve product related improvements/issues</li> <li>Product owner in mass-production</li> </ul> <p>Key Responsibility:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor product performance in production by frequent production KPI reviews and reporting</li> <li>Manage product specific continuous Improvements by managing end to end product cost improvements with respect to yield and test time</li> <li>Support new product development e.g. new product introduction by cooperation with the development teams (including</li> <li>Development Team in China) right from the beginning of projects. Participating in FMEAs and project review meetings to guarantee readiness for mass-production</li> <li>Manage safe launch & support ramp-up by setting up a proper safe-launch plan. Evaluation of engineering, corner, safe launch and qualification lots in ramp up phase.</li> <li>Support/Manage deviations by managing end to end product quality improvements (RMA avoidance) and excursion handling via analysis & disposition of maverick and non-conformal material.</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>At least Bachelor's degree in a technical field.</li> <li>3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, with product ownership experience.</li> <li>Cross-functional team experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of product development process; test and/or fab experience in the field of semiconductors beneficial for role.</li> <li>Must-have: Statistical data analysis; analog & digital IC failure analysis.</li> <li>Nice-to-have: Semiconductor fab process, ATE/test process, optical package/assembly.</li> <li>Project management - a plus.</li> <li>Team player, proactive, holistic problem-solving.</li> <li>Fluent in Chinese and English (written & spoken).</li> <li>Willing to travel up to 15%.</li> </ul></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Lin Huang</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+86 (755) 33229167</strong>.</p>
