Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Owner of process development during engineering build phase, including data collection, analysis &amp; optimization, specific in Vacuum Injection Molding process</li> <li>Define equipment requirement and drive inline inspection and metrology strategy to ensure consistent product quality</li> <li>Implement mechanical and optical characterization of material during screening, validation and qualification phases</li> <li>Execute root cause analysis through statistical &amp; problem-solving methodologies and implement learnings into Process Failure Mode &amp; Analysis (PFMEA)</li> <li>Contribute in in projects via close collaboration with cross functional teams including overseeing build execution &amp; documentation preparation</li> <li>Support New Product Introduction (NPI) phase through technology transfer to operation counterpart</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Material or Chemical</li> <li>More than 5 years’ experience in molding process R&amp;D for high volume production</li> <li>Statistical Process Control methodologies - SPC, 8D, DOE, six sigma using data analysis packages: JMP, Minitab, Python, Matlab;</li> <li>Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD will be an advantage</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deliver impactful presentation to internal stakeholders and external customers and vendors</li> </ul></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Soi Kim Kee</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+65 () 62402395</strong>.</p>
