Your new responsibilities <ul> <li>Continuous monitoring of production equipment</li> <li>Independent execution of planned maintenance work, replacement of consumable parts, etc.</li> <li>Immediate support of the production in case of equipment problems</li> <li>Coordination of PMs and equipment checks </li> <li>Work preparation (preparation of tools, materials, etc.) for major maintenance of production equipment </li> <li>Supporting the engineering teams in case of release, repair and modification of production equipment </li> <li>Documentation of results / preparation of work instructions and procedures</li> <li>Further education, training and representation of colleagues </li> <li>Supervision of equipment in all shifts</li> <li>Fix smaller machine problems in time to increase UPTIME</li> <li>Support equipment re-release after maintenance or repair</li> <li>Machine checks according to specifications </li> </ul> Who we are looking for <ul> <li>technical high school or completed technical vocational training</li> <li>Experience in mechatronics, electronics, automation technology or comparable</li> <li>German and English knowledge</li> <li>MS-Office know how</li> <li>Willingness to work in fully continuous shift operation (including konti shift model) in all shifts (early shift, late shift and night shift) </li> <li>Follow safety, cleanroom and 5S regulations and react on security deficiencies</li> <li>Takes over responsibility, works independently and makes decisions</li> <li>Willingness to learn</li> <li>Problem-solving skills</li> <li>Flexible in terms of changes (including coverage or priorities)</li> <li>Team player and communicates proactively</li> <li>Implementation of the “zero defect strategy” and the 5S methodology</li> <li>Apply systematic methods in problem solving (QRQC)</li> </ul> WHAT WE OFFER: <ul> <li>35 hours per week</li> <li>Working schedule: fully continuous shift operation with 6 working days and 3 days off</li> <li>Attractive wage and benefits based on your performance</li> <li>Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group D, monthly gross wage including allowances approx. EUR 3.200,- for the first month.
