Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Responsibility for assigned external wafer manufacturing sites (foundries)</li> <li>Monitoring the overall performance of assigned foundries with regards to production and technology development (analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement & setting up / reviewing relevant process KPIs)</li> <li>Supporting major ramp ups in close cooperation with NPI teams</li> <li>Co-working with various engineering departments and product- / process reliability team regarding qualification of new devices, technologies and changes in existing process flows</li> <li>Leading/ supporting task forces with focus to technical problem solving</li> <li>Performing process and quality audits following IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards</li> <li>Supporting customer audits / visits at supplier sites</li> <li>Managing disposition of critical material at suppliers in alignment with internal</li> <li>Driving continuous improvement programs to establish predictable and reliable manufacturing capabilities at wafer manufacturing suppliers to ensure technical robustness of products in alignment with manager</li> <li>Ensuring that products, services & procedures are fit for purpose and meet both external & internal requirements and customer expectations</li> <li>Initiate and lead continuous improvement programs internally to robust quality system and supplier management system</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Technical degree (Bachelor, equivalent or higher) in physics, electrical engineering, material science or similar</li> <li>Experience in the semiconductor industry (better for ASIC technologies)</li> <li>Strong technical problem-solving skills</li> <li>Very good communication skills and good appearance in front of suppliers & customers (required: English, beneficial: Chinese)</li> <li>Excellent understanding of manufacturing procedures and processing</li> <li>High organizational skills</li> <li>Quality tool experience & know-how</li> <li>Able to travel (domestic & international)</li> <li>Beneficial: Automotive background (8D, FMEA, 5WHY, VDA6.3, IATF 16949, etc.)</li> <li>Beneficial: Experience in physical failure analysis, electron microscopy, process integration, foundry module or test of semiconductor devices</li> </ul></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>I-Chen Lou</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+886 (2) 25131705</strong>.</p>
