Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><p><strong>-Product Definition (Analog/Mixed‑Signal Focus)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Translate customer and market requirements in areas like <strong>sensor interfaces, analog front ends (AFE), data converters (ADC/DAC), signal conditioning, mixed‑signal processing, and low‑power sensing systems</strong> into clear product specifications.</li> <li>Develop <strong>reference architectures and system‑level concepts</strong> for new analog/mixed‑signal ICs and sensor solutions, such as signal‑chain modules, smart sensors, and integrated sensor subsystems.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product feature sets, performance targets (noise, offset, drift, sampling rate, linearity, sensor dynamic range, etc.), and competitive positioning.</li> <li>Perform system‑level analysis and tradeoff evaluations for sensing and mixed‑signal applications (power vs. noise, bandwidth vs. resolution, latency vs. accuracy, etc.).</li> </ul> <p><strong>-Customer Engagement </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Act as a strategic technical interface with customers in sensor systems, industrial measurement, consumer sensing, automotive sensing, IoT devices, and mixed‑signal applications.</li> <li>Provide pre‑sales technical support focusing on <strong>sensor signal‑chain solutions, mixed‑signal integration strategies, and analog subsystem requirements</strong>.</li> <li>Gather customer insights and market trends—sensor technologies, analog performance demands, mixed‑signal integration directions—to shape future product definitions.</li> <li>Deliver technical presentations, signal‑chain solution proposals, and system‑level demonstrations tailored to analog/mixed‑signal applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>-System Solution Development</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Build and validate <strong>end‑to‑end analog/mixed‑signal system solutions</strong>, including sensor interfaces, low‑noise signal paths, data-conversion chains, power conditioning, and mixed‑signal evaluation platforms.</li> <li>Develop prototypes and system evaluation platforms demonstrating IC performance in real sensor environments (pressure, proximity, current/voltage sensing, MEMS sensors, environmental sensors, etc.).</li> <li>Ensure smooth integration of new IC products into sensing systems, partnering closely with R&amp;D to verify real‑world applicability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>-Cross‑Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Work with analog/mixed‑signal design teams to ensure system requirements—noise, accuracy, dynamic range, timing, power—are correctly translated into design specifications.</li> <li>Support marketing with competitive benchmarking in <strong>sensor ICs, analog signal chains, mixed‑signal SoCs, and sensor‑system solutions</strong>.</li> <li>Contribute to technical collateral including application notes, sensor‑signal‑chain guides, reference designs, and system white papers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>-Internal &amp;
