Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Liaise with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing and test processes for new products, ensuring cost, build, and performance targets are achieved.</li> <li>Manage and lead large teams to resolve critical issues, and provide backup support for the Test NPI Manager in key roles.</li> <li>Independently start up and manage new devices from project approval through closure, including test transfers from global. </li> <li>Support site transfer activities of released devices, ensuring all requirements are coordinated before release to target sites.</li> <li>Oversee pre-production builds, verify test processes, and drive resolution of issues before handover to production teams.</li> <li>Participate in Process FMEAs, lead new process development and qualification, and collaborate with Process Engineering to adapt or qualify processes for new devices.</li> <li>Contribute to supplier selection criteria, manage supplier interactions, review progress against milestones, and initiate improvement programs to ensure cost, quality, and reliability.</li> <li>Prepare detailed test and backend reports in handover or RTP documents to ensure smooth product release cycles.</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.</li> <li>Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically handling Test and Backend functions.</li> <li>Advanced expertise in optical sensor devices testing, including electrical, optical, and vision testing.</li> <li>Strong experience in test handling, wafer probe testing, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) operations.</li> <li>Ability to interpret and create project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and operational goals.</li> <li>Skilled in preparing professional technical reports and documentation to support project execution and handover.</li> </ul></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Soi Kim Kee</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+65 () 62402395</strong>.</p>
