Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Manage an international team of system experts for semiconductor test production systems in Austria and the Philippines</li> <li>Drive competency evaluation, identify training needs, and coordinate training activities to support continuous improvement</li> <li>Collect internal customer feedback on team deliverables, share it with stakeholders, and initiate improvements where necessary</li> <li>Allocate and monitor resources across projects to meet business demands</li> <li>Define competency requirements and support forecasting and gap analysis</li> <li>Regularly align with peers in IT, Product Engineering, and other departments to challenge requirements and ensure delivery of committed tasks</li> <li>Develop a solid understanding of existing and future systems (primarily in-house solutions) to influence and shape the strategic systems roadmap</li> <li>Lead and manage data integration projects with external test partners (OSAT), e.g., wafer maps, dlog data, and lot disposition</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor test processes (probe, final test, assembly)</li> <li>Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably PROMIS</li> <li>Strong system engineering skills; knowledge of shop floor automation methods is an advantage</li> <li>Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proven ownership and accountability for team deliverables and projects</li> <li>Strong team player with a “company-first” mindset</li> <li>Fluent in English; German is a plus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.</p> <p>The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (<a href="https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/)">https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/)</a>.<br>We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.</p></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Stefanie Kleierl</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+49 (941) 8501391</strong>.</p>
