Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term production plans based on demand forecasts</li> <li>Create detailed production schedules aligned with capacity, manpower, and machine availability</li> <li>Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks. Communicate risks and mitigation plans effectively</li> <li>Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, SCM, Logistics, and other support groups.</li> <li>Analyze product specifications to plan and ensure availability of materials and machines resources to ensure manufacturing work orders meet on time delivery schedule</li> <li>Ensure adherence to company policies, planning procedures, and industry standards.</li> <li>Act as a subject matter expert in planning and control systems. Support team development and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Diploma in Industrial Engineering / or experience in a technical field along with experience in planning/scheduling in a customized / engineered to order manufacturing environment</li> <li>Min 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing / Semiconductor Planning</li> <li>Strong knowledge and experience of SAP system, Excellent Microsoft office skills with strong analytical abilities </li> <li>Good communication & negotiation skills, multi-tasker and a good team player</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure to fulfil tight deadlines / stress management</li> </ul></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Soi Kim Kee</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+65 () 62402395</strong>.</p>
