The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.<br><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Manage the entire product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring performance, quality, and cost objectives are met.</li> <li>Serve as the central point of contact for all product-related matters, providing clear communication and coordination across teams.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield and test processes to optimize costs and enhance product efficiency. Conduct statistical analysis of characterization and test data to identify cost drivers and implement yield improvement programs.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with project teams during the development phase (e.g. design and test reviews) to ensure a seamless transition from development to mass production. Support the quality assurance team with RMA handling and failure analysis.</li> <li>Act as the technical interface for internal stakeholders and external customers, delivering expert guidance and support.</li> <li>Ensure that any fabrication process modifications comply with product performance and reliability requirements.Monitor production and feedback relevant issues to ensure DFM</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">What we look for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Master’s degree in Physics, Opto-electronics, or a related technical field.</li> <li>2–3 years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, yield engineering, or testing (VCSEL or laser experience preferred).</li> <li>Solid understanding of semiconductor lasers, manufacturing processes, and applications (ideally in VCSEL technology).</li> <li>Strong analytical and fact-based decision-making skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li> </ul></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Shin Yih Cheah</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> .</p>
