The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.<br><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><p><strong>Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure system stability, optimal performance, and alignment with global HR processes and standards</li> <li>Support release management activities, including feature assessment, impact analysis, and regression testing</li> <li>Develop deep expertise in key functional areas such as roles and permissions, report creation and maintenance, and management of global-to-local system integrations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a Level 1/Level 2 support subject matter expert for SuccessFactors modules</li> <li>Maintain and enhance inbound and outbound integrations, as well as custom interfaces; proactively troubleshoot and resolve system failures</li> <li>Lead issue resolution by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable, long-term solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR data governance policies</li> <li>Perform advanced data activities, including data loads, mass updates, and data validation to support business needs</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">What we look for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.</li> <li>Several years of professional experience in HR IT systems.</li> <li>Comprehensive experience with SuccessFactors (preferably in Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Recruiting, or Learning); experience with other local HR systems is also desirable.</li> <li>Experience with Jira or ServiceNow.</li> <li>Strong background in operating global HR systems.</li> <li>Proven experience collaborating with international, remote teams and external service providers.</li> <li>Strong ability to communicate effectively across cultures.</li> <li>Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.</li> </ul></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Nurul Ain Rosli</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+60 (4) 3053200</strong>.</p>
