The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.<br><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><p><strong>Position summary</strong><br>1. Responsible for global (Pen&Wuxi) chip planning to meet operational requirement at optimum inventory level.<br>2. Responsible for shipment monitoring to ensure timely delivery of chips in order to meet production schedule.<br>3. Responsible for wafers assignment for both Pen and Wuxi plant‘s loading.<br>4. Responsible for preparing month end reports & analysis.<br>5. Responsible for inventory management to meet company objectives.<br>6. Responsible for planning enhancement & improvement activities to improve productive.</p> <p><strong>A. Demand management</strong><br>1. Prepare MRP in order to calculate the forecasted requirements & to determine the order quantity.<br>2. Prepare & provide rolling forecast to suppliers to ensure sufficient leadtime to support our requirement.<br>3. To raise purchase Order (PO) to purchase for needed materials and route for approval.<br>4. Support Change management by preparing & coordinating a phase in/ phase out plan, & inform all parties involved till material is successfully phased in. <br>5. Ensure sufficient new chips being purchased to support phase in without impacting production schedule or phase in timeline.<br>6. Support planning improvement activities to ensure better productivity with timely manner.</p> <p><strong>B. Chip allocation and delivery fulfillment</strong><br>1. Review stock and perform chip allocation between Pen, Wuxi and subcon.<br>2. Optimize chip usage via IPDS4ALL for in house DB fulfillment & external MTO chip sale.<br>3. Determine bin and quantity replenishment per ideal on-hand stock distribution.<br>4. Create DN for outgoing shipment.<br>5. To obtain delivery commitment from suppliers. Practice pull in, push out and cancellation depanding on demand situation to ensure no supply shortage and no excessive stock based on componay target.<br>6. Work with FE chip planners & 3rd party suppliers on chip delivery improvement.<br>7. To escalate to purchasing and manager in case of any late delivery or short shipment that potentially cause line down.<br>8. To trigger early warning to supply planner in case of insufficient chips, and continue with pull in activities.</p> <p><strong>C. Inventory management</strong><br>1. Prepare monthly inventory projection according to model set & to be used as guideline to manage inventory level in order to meet company target.<br>2. Monitor block and aging stocks & update stakeholder from time to time to ensure proper action/treatment are taken.<br>3. Review dormant and unusable inventory and propose salvaging activities with justification form</p> <p><strong>D. Operation issue </strong><br>1. Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation report. <br>2. Constantly review chip receiving trend to ensure the supply are meeting customer request.<br>3. BOM maintenance with all alternative chip type, usage probability and component scrap.</p><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">What we look for</span></p> <p><br><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor's Degree in any field.</li> <li>At least 3-5 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management planning.
