About this role
<p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">As an <strong>HR Services Specialist</strong>, you`ll be a key member of the newly forming HR Services team in our regional Headquarters. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">You will take ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for employees across all departments and levels. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">You will act as the go-to partner for accurate, timely, and service-oriented administrative support for employees and line managers on a day-to-day basis on all HR matters.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR Managers, you will help deliver consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR services, contributing to a positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>More about the role:</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Support line managers and employees on HR topics in English</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>More about you:</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">At least 3 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, with a good understanding of the HR employee lifecycle</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Familiar with HR processes and systems, and understands HR best practices </span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation, and service thinking</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Excellent MS Office skills (especially in Excel)</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in English, Japanese/Korean is considered a plus</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Nice to have</span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">User experience in SuccessFactors, ServiceNow (SNOW) and SAP</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>More about what we offer</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
