<p>As a Data Scientist, you will transform large-scale real-world data into meaningful insights that improve products, patient journeys, and business decisions. Working within an interdisciplinary, agile R&amp;D environment, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, product marketing, and business stakeholders to develop innovative data-driven solutions for the hearing care industry. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, shape future MedTech solutions, and contribute to products that improve the lives of millions of people worldwide.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about the role</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Translate business and stakeholder requirements into data-driven analytics and digital solutions that support strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics using large-scale real-world product data to enhance products, applications, and customer experiences.</li> <li>Apply statistical methods and AI techniques to health-related datasets to generate actionable clinical and business insights.</li> <li>Analyze user behavior and product usage data to better understand customer needs, preferences, and patient journeys.</li> <li>Support the development, governance, and maintenance of data catalogues and data assets.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary R&amp;D, engineering, product management, and business teams in an agile environment.</li> <li>Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, identifying opportunities to translate innovation into product features and business value.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about you</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor&apos;s or Master&apos;s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.</li> <li>4+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.</li> <li>Experience within MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or another related scientific industry.</li> <li>Expertise in psychology, audiology, health sciences, or a closely related scientific field.</li> <li>Strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis.</li> <li>Strong skills in Python, Databricks, Azure, or similar.</li> <li>Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines.</li> <li>Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with management and stakeholders.</li> <li>Stay up to date with developments in AI and incorporate them into day-to-day work.</li> <li>Fluent in English.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about what we offer</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
