<p>We’re looking for an innovative and passionate <strong>AI Data Apps Lead (m/f/d)</strong> to join our Data Engineering team and take ownership of our growing suite o<strong>f AI‑powered data applications</strong>.<br>This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI-assisted development (“vibe coding”) as we continue expanding our portfolio of AI-built apps. You’ll shape the technical architecture, manage cloud deployment, lead projects and help bring non-AI-native teams up to speed on modern AI workflows.<br>If you’re passionate about AI, excited about building real applications, and interested in developing into a future engineering leader, this role was made for you.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Own and design the technical architecture, deployment, and lifecycle of our AI-built data applications</li> <li>Use AI-assisted development (“vibe coding”) to accelerate prototyping and delivery, champion AI-assisted development methodologies across the team</li> <li>Architect and manage cloud-based data infrastructure (Azure, Databricks, etc.)</li> <li>Oversee code management practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies</li> <li>Ensure data platform scalability, reliability, and security</li> <li>Guide and upskill internal teams that are not yet familiar with AI tools</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>10+ years in full-stack application development</li> <li>Experience with vibe coding and AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.), knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and rapid AI prototyping</li> <li>Strong React development experience</li> <li>Familiarity with backend development and API integrations</li> <li>Experience being in a technical leadership or mentorship role</li> <li>Hands-on experience delivering applications from concept to production</li> <li>Portfolio of AI-built or AI-enhanced projects (including personal pet projects)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
