<p>As <strong>Country Manager </strong>for Ireland, you will lead and grow our wholesale business across the Irish market, owning both the strategy and the results. This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&amp;L accountability, where you will shape commercial success, strengthen partnerships with hearing care professionals, and ensure strong regulatory and governance alignment.</p> <p><br>In return for your commercial expertise and leadership capability, you will gain the autonomy to lead a national business, influence strategic direction, and make a meaningful difference in hearing healthcare across Ireland — all within a global organisation committed to innovation, growth and excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about the role:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead the Irish wholesale business with full P&amp;L responsibility, driving revenue, market share and profitability</li> <li>Develop and execute the Irish market strategy, aligning commercial, sales and operational excellence priorities</li> <li>Build and strengthen relationships with audiologists, independent hearing care providers, retail partners and distributors</li> <li>Act as Registered Director, ensuring legal, regulatory, tax and governance compliance in line with Irish statutory requirements</li> <li>Introduce new products and solutions to market, ensuring successful commercial launches</li> <li>Provide strategic insight, forecasting and performance reporting to regional leadership</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about you:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline">Essential:</span></p> <ul> <li>Solid commercial leadership experience within medical devices, audiology, hearing care or related healthcare sectors</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&amp;L responsibility</li> <li>Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements</li> <li>Experience leading and developing high-performing teams</li> <li>Eligible to act as an Irish Resident Director and meet statutory compliance requirements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline">Desirable:</span></p> <ul> <li>Degree educated (or equivalent experience)</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare and audiology landscape</li> <li>Experience operating within regulated medical device environments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You are a resilient and empathetic leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
