As a Hardware Verification Specialist, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our hearing aids and accessories before they reach customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Working in a collaborative R&amp;D environment, you will combine hands-on technical work with problem-solving and testing, contributing directly to products that make a meaningful difference in people&apos;s lives.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about the role</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Execute hardware verification tests on hearing aids, accessories, and assemblies</li> <li>Perform acoustic, electronic, mechanical, and chemical measurements using specialized laboratory equipment</li> <li>Analyze test results and document findings in technical reports</li> <li>Support the development and improvement of test methods, verification processes, and laboratory structures</li> <li>Investigate unusual test behaviors and collaborate with engineers to identify root causes</li> <li>Maintain laboratory equipment and support day-to-day lab operations</li> <li>Contribute to R&amp;D activities, team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about you</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>You are a hands-on and detail-oriented professional who enjoys understanding how electronic products work and finding reliable ways to verify their performance. You combine technical curiosity with a structured and quality-focused approach to your work.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Must-Have</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>Hands-on experience with manufacturing, repair, servicing, or troubleshooting electronic devices</li> <li>Practical experience with soldering and working with small electronic or electromechanical components</li> <li>Strong knowledge of electronics and measurement technologies</li> <li>Good English and German communication skills (written and spoken)</li> <li>Proactive, quality-focused, and eager to learn</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience in hardware verification, testing, or validation</li> <li>Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries</li> <li>Knowledge of acoustic measurements</li> <li>Experience in results documentation</li> <li>Familiarity with Confluence and MS Teams</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>More about what we offer</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
