Ensure timely and effective maintenance, repair and service of all building infrastructure, equipment and systems. four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, with 10+ years of facilities maintenance experience including 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably within biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device Controlled Environmental Areas (CEAs). </span></li> <li style="margin-top:2.0pt;margin-bottom:4.8pt;line-height:normal;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Customer-oriented and self-motivated professional with strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and influencing skills, capable of working effectively in dynamic environments and collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds. </span></li> <li style="margin-top:2.0pt;margin-bottom:4.8pt;line-height:normal;margin-right:0.0in"><span style="">Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities, including the ability to interpret architectural and utility system drawings, scientific and technical documentation, legal reports, building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements;
