style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li>Fault finding and defect rectification on all production and site support equipment</li> <li>Maintenance of production and site support equipment as per the Maintenance Management System</li> <li>Correct completion of the recording of defect rectification and maintenance</li> <li>To modify or install equipment and machinery as required.</li> <li>Liaising with production colleagues to identify windows of opportunity for carrying out project and engineering-related work</li> <li>Ensure compliance to corporate guidelines, safety regulations and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Ensure that all spares and parts used are correctly booked out in the engineering spares system.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead the shift technicians in their role and work together to prioritise tasks</li> <li>Ensure that all training courses required for the role are completed.</li> <li>Support and contribute actively in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.</li> <li>Keep Production Supervisor and Engineering Management aware of maintenance issues and downtime.</li> <li>Identify and complete projects for Continuous improvement and business needs.</li> <li>To complete PPM maintenance in conjunction with the PPM Engineer</li> Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Level 3 Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering qualification</li> <li>Trained to BS 7671 IET Wiring
