In addition, the maintenance technician is responsible for supporting external contractors for the maintenance and repair of the operations at the plant. The role is also responsible for supporting the running and maintaining the preventative maintenance system to pre-determined guidelines.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Be able to comprehend electrical wiring diagrams, pneumatic drawings, mechanical drawings, and other facilities technical information.</span></li> <li>Ability to work with industrial electrical systems, including 480V and 880V applications.</li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform necessary preventative maintenance on plant facility equipment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Be involved with installation and training on new building equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and correct any facility related failure.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform necessary preventative maintenance on plant facility equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Be involved with installation and training on new building equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitors conditions, capacities, efficiencies of all building support systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinates building maintenance activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate activities with outside resources.
