This role will be responsible for;</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee maintenance teams to ensure all maintenance operations are executed efficiently and without disruption.</li> <li>Ensure all maintenance activities fully comply with Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.</li> <li>Manage the maintenance budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.</li> <li>Oversee the complete and accurate execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and continuously improve reliable maintenance strategies.</li> <li>Coordinate complex maintenance and installation activities, ensuring proper planning and cross‑functional alignment.</li> <li>Introduce and implement innovative practices aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing overall maintenance costs.</li> <li>Translate corporate objectives into departmental targets and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the maintenance function.</li> <li>Monitor maintenance performance and provide monthly performance reports to senior management.</li> <li>Foster a strong team culture by encouraging collaboration, communication, and shared accountability.</li> <li>Identify training needs within the team and support the development of employees through targeted training and upskilling initiatives.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div></div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:#a28e15"><em><strong>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.</strong></em></span></p>
