About the department Purchase to Pay and Accounts Payable team is responsible for processing, booking, and paying Coloplast’s liabilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations. The department provides services to approximately 40 Coloplast units worldwide, covering not only Europe and North America but also Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Israel, India, and South Africa. As part of the Global Finance organization, the department operates in close cooperation with Headquarters in Denmark and regional finance teams, ensuring global alignment and contributing directly to Coloplast’s financial stability and operational excellence. Your responsibilities <ul> <li>Own governance and control over the Purchase-to-Pay process, ensuring compliance with Coloplast policies, internal controls, and applicable regulation</li> <li>Act as a trusted business partner to Procurement, Finance, AP, and local organizations</li> <li>Monitor and drive performance across the P2P cycle, including invoice flow, approvals, supplier data quality, and payment execution</li> <li>Provide insight through analysis of key P2P metrics, trends, exceptions, and business risks</li> <li>Support supplier master data accuracy and governance</li> <li>Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities</li> <li>Support the development and implementation of global and local P2P ways of working, tools, and controls</li> <li>Actively use and promote Power BI around Global Finance Support.</li> <li>Prepare ad hoc reports for the management</li> <li>Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence within the P2P process </li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent</li> <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience as an analyst or controller</li> <li>Experience in managing projects</li> <li>Proficient in Excel and preparing excel related reports based on large number of data</li> <li>Very good Power BI skills</li> <li>Fluent in English, written and verbal</li> <li>Good communication and presenting skills</li> <li>Experience with working with ‘cross culture communication’</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently with maturity in a stand-alone role</li> <li>Capability to follow established processes as well as design new ones</li> </ul> We offer <ul> <li>Hybrid and onsite work from our office in Szczecin</li> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>International work environment with Scandinavian culture</li> <li>Opportunity to use and develop foreign languages in daily work</li> <li>Fantastic work atmosphere full of respect and partnership</li> <li>Internal trainings available in CPBC Academy</li> </ul> That's not all!
