You’ll be responsible for:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Delivering targeted daily visits across the Multiples, High Street and Convenience Channels.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Executing commercial plans with excellence, driving availability, promotions, POS and compliance.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Using data and insight to prioritise activity and focus on the biggest opportunities.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Leading NPD launches, supporting range reviews and landing planograms in store.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Building strong relationships with Store and Area Managers, Trading Managers and store owners.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Accurately recording activity using our field tools (tablet provided).</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Working flexibly within a supportive Divisional team, while remaining highly self motivated in a remote role.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You’ll have clear ownership of your territory and play a vital role in strengthening our brand presence on shelf.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Ingredients</b></H2> </div><div><p>To succeed in this role, you’ll need:</p> <p><br>• Field sales, retail or FMCG/commercial experience (typically 3+ years).<br>• Confidence turning store data into clear actions and measurable results.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels in store.<br>• A proactive, well organised approach to planning your day and managing your patch.<br>• Comfort with regular travel and hands on, store based activity.<br>• A strong team mindset — collaborating closely with colleagues and cross functional teams, even in a remote role.<br>• Residence within the territory; candidates within reasonable commuting distance of Mid Kent will be well placed.
