Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future.</span></p> <p> </p><p><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">What the role will look like</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams, representing key internal areas relevant to the project, and collaborating with partners where appropriate</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Creating and maintaining transfer and integration plans for individual Projects</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Defining short- and long-term objectives, KPIs, and deliverables for the project</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Managing the execution of the agreed integration plan and medium-to-high complex projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring proper project reporting (objectives, timelines, budget, resources, and status updates)</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Understanding the project budget and preparing timely budget plans, including annual budgets and forecasts</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Maintaining and updating the business case as needed</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensuring that all decision-relevant deliverables are available on time and meet quality standards to support the decision-making process (e.g., project plans, risks, opportunities, business case assumptions, contract terms, etc.)</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt">What you’ll bring to the table</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">At least 3+ years of project management experience, with a strong expertise </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">in planning and executing cross-functional projects</span></li> <li>University degree in scientific disciplines (CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnologies or comparable degree) or Engineering</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">3+ years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in areas such as formulation development, manufacturing, or quality control of drug products, with strong GMP Knowledge </span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The ability to understand complex processes and translate them clearly for stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong emotional intelligence to navigate challenges, foster a positive work environment, and improve overall project effectiveness through resilience</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong documentation, planning, and budget tracking skills in line with the PMTO framework, business acumen</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Flexibility to work on-site during certain project phases (at sending or receiving sites)</span></li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively understand others' objectives, perspectives, interests, and beliefs - p</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">roficiency in spoken and written English and Italian is a must have requirement</span></li> <li>Global mindset by adapting strategies across diverse regulatory, cultural, and market environments to deliver successful international projects</li> <li>Ability to drive internal alignment on goals, resources, and priorities; manage trade‑offs and conflicts; and secure commitment—while navigating external negotiations with suppliers, regulators, and partners to ensure compliance in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Our pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant education, skills, experience, certifications, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
