<div class="rmk-main-content"> <p class="rmk-introduction"><p>Liebherr Indonesia is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) Customer Support Mining. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all aspects of customer support business in close collaboration with the aftersales parts business, with the goal of achieving world-class service, optimal machine performance, and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.</p></p> <h2 class="rmk-responsibilites-header">Your responsibilities</h2> <div class="rmk-resposibilities-content"><ul> <li>Establish positive relationship with all customers, at different levels of the organization regarding aftersales topics through regular meetings, visits and contacts.</li> <li>Actively promote the Liebherr service products, including parts, labor, modules, licenses, upgrades, etc</li> <li>Oversee the management activities of the Field Services Department, both ad-hoc and contract.</li> <li>Oversee the management activities of the Warranty Department.</li> <li>Oversee the management activities of the Maintenance and reliability Department.</li> <li>Set and follow adequate related KPIs ensuring performance for each department.</li> <li>Oversee the assembly of new machines, and deliveries in coordination with the sales department</li> <li>Provide regular feedback/information to customers on items emanating from Liebherr/PTL that may be of interest to them.</li> <li>Hold weekly coordination meeting with all Heads of Departments.</li> <li>Provide an executive monthly report or as required to management, summarizing the department activity, performance and highlights.</li> <li>Ensure that all Company policies and procedures are implemented and followed by all work groups under your responsibility.</li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-qualification-header">Your qualifications</h2> <div class="rmk-qualification-content"><ul> <li>Minimum 6 years of management experience in Customer Support within the Mining Industry or a similar sector.</li> <li>Strong background in maintenance management.</li> <li>Proven project management skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li> <li>High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with relevant business and technical software.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is desirable.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage teams.</li> <li>Ability to coach and train the national workforce, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.</li> <li>Punctual, reliable, and demonstrates a high standard of work ethic.</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and internationally as required.</li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-our-offer-header">Our offer</h2> <div class="rmk-our-offer-content"><p>At Liebherr, you can expect a challenging, interesting area of work in an internationally successfull group of companies.
