About this role
<p>We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist (Downstream + ReCircle) to strengthen customer-facing sustainability activation across our Sales Territories and to help drive the operational execution and adoption of the ReCircle program across markets.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Enable Sales Territories with sustainability toolkits, templates, and tender-ready content.</li> <li>Support tenders and customer enquiries by translating sustainability topics into clear, quantifiable customer/procurement metrics.</li> <li>Coordinate sustainability inputs and evidence across functions to ensure timely, consistent responses.</li> <li>Develop and deliver sustainability training for Sales & Marketing, including Train-the-Trainer formats.</li> <li>Drive day-to-day operational support for ReCircle (market roll-outs, partner coordination, onboarding, adoption readiness).</li> <li>Track, report, and follow up on ReCircle KPIs; identify improvement opportunities and escalate risks when needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Solid understanding of sustainability/ESG topics and the ability to turn them into customer-relevant value and evidence.</li> <li>Experience supporting commercial teams (e.g., tenders, customer requests, workshops) with structured, high-quality outputs.</li> <li>Strong program execution skills, comfortable driving roll-outs and coordinating stakeholders and external partners.</li> <li>Clear communicator who can simplify complex topics and create practical guides, templates, and training.</li> <li>Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style; able to manage priorities and follow through on KPIs and improvements.</li> </ul>
