About this role
<p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and ensure the quality and profitability of products.</li> <li>Ensure production build schedule and goals is met. </li> <li>Trains the workforce for production. Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.</li> <li>Ensure production staff in a shift are disciplined and trained to procedure according to the quality standards, ISO 13485 and GMP regulations.</li> <li>Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor time to time. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Requirements:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>At least a Diploma in manufacturing field or equivalent.</li> <li>Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.</li> <li>Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage. </li> </ul>
