<p><strong>A global job position with an impact:</strong><br>We are growing and expanding our Manufacturing Site in Mexico! In the job as Planner Supply Chain, The Planner, Supply Chain develops and runs reports to support<br>manufacturing operations regarding scheduling, safety stock levels, leadtime,<br>production targets and supplyreplenishment.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities and Essential:</strong></p> <p>• Enter distribution orders to/from Ambu locations.<br>• Determine safety stock levels in manufactured/distributed items to<br>achieve required service levels.<br>• Use the monthly forecast to develop the production targets for each work center.<br>• Publish a weekly lead-time alert of delivery issues.<br>• Updates master data in the M3 system to satisfy needs of manufacturing minimum order<br>quantities, replenishment frequency,and lead-times.<br>• Issues manufacturing orders,Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders in the M3 system.<br>• Schedules manufacturing orders to meet customer service requirements,given any <br> constraints in manufacturing.<br>• Analyze root causes of supply chain performance and implement continuous <br> improvement activities.<br>• Become a superuser of Movex ERP.<br>• All other duties as assigned.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications / Education:</strong><br>• Bachelor's degree in engineering,supply chain or another related field<br>• Prior experience working with ERP/MRP systems<br>• Strong Microsoft Excel and Access capabilities<br>• 2+ years' experience in Manufacturing<br>• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications desired.<br>• Excellent oral and written communication skills.</p> <p><strong>Authority:</strong><br>• Can interrupt the manufacturing schedule with rush orders<br>• Decides quantities to build out during obsolescence activities<br>• Approve up to $8K in raw material purchases<br>• Determine purchase quantities and transportation</p> <p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p> <p>If you are interested in the position, then please apply as soon as possible through our recruitment system.
