<p>We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated individual to join our Warehouse Shipping Team. The ideal candidate shall have prior experience managing a group of subordinates performing shipping operations in Warehouse, including liaising with forwarders and freight carriers and knowledge of shipping and Customs documentation.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="color:black"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Resources management by planning and determining resources to meet business needs; including human resource capacity, equipment and space utilization, records update and filing.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Supervise a group of shipping personnel performing shipping operations activities, including shipment bookings, pick and pack, container loading, shipping documentation dispatch and processing.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Supervise timely shipment documentation processing and M3 transaction updates, including cycle counts and discrepancies investigation and resolution.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Provide training on SOPS, EHS policies and MHEs/PITs to subordinate staff.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Support internal and external quality audits by understanding and fulfilling the quality requirements according to the relevant Quality Handbook and Audits.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Liaise and work with forwarding and carrier service providers on shipment bookings and freight arrangements.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Plan and execute warehouse equipment maintenance to prevent accidents and breakdowns including service chits, checklists and repairs and periodic servicing arrangements. </li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Maintain 5S and EHS compliance in the Warehouse Operations.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Support on any ad hoc assignment/task as and when needed.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><span style="color:black"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Preferably with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a computerized shipping warehouse operations environment, including some basic experience in forwarding, Customs and MHE/PIT maintenance.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude, flexible adapt to any changes and ability to multitask.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Detail-oriented, a team player with good interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.</li> </ul>
