You will define and implement best practices ensuring quality and stability across multiple deployment waves.</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">This is an exciting opportunity to combine deep technical knowledge and an innovative mindset in one of the largest SAP transformation programs worldwide.</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span>The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office. We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site.</span> </span></p></p> <h2 class="rmk-responsibilites-header">Creating passion: your responsibilities</h2> <div class="rmk-resposibilities-content"><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Implement and maintain the test strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Define best practices, methodologies and processes across the entire testing lifecycle.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Monitor and analyze critical testing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic insights and improvement áreas.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead testing planning and coordination across all integrated platforms, applications, and impacted global affiliates.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Serve as the central point of coordination for aligning testing deliverables with all the stakeholders including implementation partners, business process owners and key users of the application.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Tracking and monitoring progress of all core testing stages: System integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Facilitate defect triage meetings for time resolution of defects as per the defined (Service Level Agreements) SLAs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and share updates with senior management at various fórums.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintain automation and manual test repository for global and local processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintain dashboards in test management tool for real-time monitoring and reporting of testing activities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate with central testing tool administrators to manage configuration and user management of various testing tools used by the program.</span></li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-qualification-header">Contributing your strengths: your qualifications</h2> <div class="rmk-qualification-content"><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">5+ years of professional experience, with deep knowledge of testing ERP systems.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proven expertise in testing tools like Jira, X-Ray and Confluence.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Exposure to functional automation using automation tools for SAP native and Fiori apps.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Passion for testing and innovating new technologies to improve the quality of the application.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.</span></li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-our-offer-header">Our commitment to you: your benefits</h2> <div class="rmk-our-offer-content"><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">At Liebherr, we believe people are at the heart of our success.
