<div class="rmk-main-content"> <p class="rmk-introduction"><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">The <strong>IAM Security Architect (m/f/d)</strong> is responsible for designing the overall IAM strategy, defining security frameworks, and ensuring IAM solutions align with business and security objectives. They work with engineering teams, IT Teams, and compliance teams to create a secure identity and access management architecture. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span>The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office. We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site.</span> <br></span></p></p> <h2 class="rmk-responsibilites-header">Creating passion: your responsibilities</h2> <div class="rmk-resposibilities-content"><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Design and implement secure IAM architectures (e.g. SSO, MFA, PAM, CIAM, B2B) aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop Zero Trust Frameworks and IAM Governance Models for Cloud, On-Prem and Hybrid Environments</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Define, Implement and Ensure IAM compliance with relevant regulations, frameworks and standards (such as ISO, NIST, GDPR)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Conduct IAM Risk Assessment and Drive Security Improvements across the organization</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead security architecture assessment, discussions and initiatives</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Adopt and promote a security-by-design approach with the different stakeholders</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Foresight technological development and anticipate impact on IAM</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Actively contribute to the Coporate Information Security architecture community, sharing insights and best practices</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate and work closely with IT, DevOps and IS Teams</span></li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-qualification-header">Contributing your strengths: your qualifications</h2> <div class="rmk-qualification-content"><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">3+ years in cybersecurity, preferrably as IAM Security Architect</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Following certificates are preferred; CISSP, SABSA and Cloud Certificates</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">English is a Must, German and French are a plus</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of security frameworks and standards</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Expertise in related protocols (e.g. SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP, Radius, …)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Good understanding of access control frameworks</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Deep understanding of security architectures and frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust)</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Hands-on experience with IAM platforms</span></li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-our-offer-header">Our commitment to you: your benefits</h2> <div class="rmk-our-offer-content"><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">At Liebherr, we believe people are at the heart of our success.
