The scope of duties includes the following:</span></span></span></p></p> <h2 class="rmk-responsibilites-header">Responsibilities:</h2> <div class="rmk-resposibilities-content"><p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Oversees the organization’s global data security strategy and implementation to protect sensitive data assets across IT, OT and Cloud Environments, as well as Global Leadership of Data Security Team, Products and Services.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Develop and implement a comprehensive data security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Oversee data security, labeling, and access control mechanisms in collaboration with Data Governance.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Implement and manage data encryption and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions. </span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Manage data encryption and key management systems (e.g. PKI)</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Develop and enforce data protection strategies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR) in collaboration with Data Protection.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in data storage, processing, and transmission.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to secure sensitive data across all platforms.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Manage incident response for data breaches, including investigation, remediation, and reporting.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Implement monitoring and technical auditing mechanisms to track data access and usage across the organization.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Drive data security awareness and training programs to reinforce best practices among employees.</span></span></span></li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-qualification-header">Competencies:</h2> <div class="rmk-qualification-content"><ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. </span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role.</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span>Following certificates are preferred;
