<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">External Job Description</H2> </div><div><div id="34__sectionList"> <div id="34_46986068" tabindex="0"> <div id="35_"> <div id="35__section"> <div> <div id="35__section_desc" tabindex="0"> <p><strong>Summary of job content:</strong></p> <p>Provides support to Area Sales Managers and VP-Sales, as part the Commercial Order Processing team</p> <p>Supports Order Entry and RFQs for the Americas. </p> <p>Provides invoicing of progress billings and follow-up on payments.</p> <p>Supports the Letter of Credit process, as well as other financial instruments.</p> <p>Provides back-office support for the sales department.</p> <p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Provides support for Aftermarket Sales and Equipment Sales</li> <li>Organize daily sales back-office activities, such as – but not limited to: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Invoicing of Progress Billings</li> <li>Support the Letter of Credit process</li> <li>Performing market research with guidance of sales team</li> <li>Gathering and processing research market and marketing data</li> <li>Assist and coordinate with sales team</li> <li>Organizing and assisting sales team’s calendar</li> <li>Support sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities</li> <li>Proactively improve and maintain CRM data quality and integrity</li> <li>Support customers with RFQs and corresponding quotations</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support Field Service planning, etc.</li> <li>Entering orders within SAP</li> <li>Tracking open invoices and following up on late payments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Associates Degree or equivalent experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>1-2 years experience in customer service/technical customer service</li> <li>Chemical industry experience will be a plus</li> <li>Fluent English, additional (Spanish, German) is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Logistics (regulations, export control. Incoterms. Packing, etc.)</li> <li>Some familiarity with reading and understanding technical documents such as blueprints, parts lists etc. .</li> <li>SAP-system software.</li> <li>Knowledge of machining & manufacturing of chemical process equipment is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color:white">#CB1</span></p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div></div></div>
