If you are looking for job variety within a great team then this could be the role for you. </p> <p>We are looking for 4 x Process Operators to join our Production Department. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity.</p> <p>The start date would be as soon as possible, up until the end of October 2026. </p> <p><strong>Your opportunity:</strong> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Conduct tests/inspections on product and plant as described in Work Instructions to ensure optimal operations.</li> <li>Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to minimise hazards and accidents</li> <li>Within individual range of competence to assist in or set up, operate, and close the process equipment as directed to meet the production plan.</li> <li>Perform basic maintenance and laboratory tasks as defined in the Line Check List to maximise efficiency </li> <li>Contribute to the team activity of ensuring appropriate resources are available for the shift </li> <li>Ensure efficient and complete handover to colleague on proceeding and following shift to maintain required manufacturing</li> <li>To work on all line and ancillary processes to meet Company objectives for customer service, Health &amp; Safety, manufacturing efficiency, Environmental and Quality </li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Proven Production experience, preferably in continous process</li> <li>Standard Grade English and Maths, or equivalent.</li> <li>Commitment to achieving and maintaining a high level of safety </li> <li>Ability to operate successfully and effectively in a team</li> <li>Evidence of setting high work standards and a commitment to quality </li> <li>Able to demonstrate experience of working to statutory and company requirements on Health &amp; Safety, Quality and Environment.</li> <li>Evidence of adaptability and a proactive approach to work</li> </ul> <p>We also offer some additional company benefits:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Annual Company Bonus​</li> <li>Attendance Bonus​</li> <li>Death in Service Scheme</li> <li>Company Pension​</li> <li>Occupational Health​</li> <li>Eye Care - contribution towards glasses​</li> <li>Enhanced maternity and paternity pay​</li> <li>Company Sick Pay Scheme</li> </ul> <p>Salary: £32,660.44 (Including shift allowance) per annum depending on experience </p> <p>(Dayshift &amp; Nightshift)</p> <p>Please email [email protected] if you require a copy of the Full Job Description</p></div></div></div>
