<div class="rmk-main-content"> <p class="rmk-introduction"></p> <h2 class="rmk-responsibilites-header">Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities</h2> <div class="rmk-resposibilities-content"><div> <ul> <li><strong>Management of Customer Invoices – Accounts Receivables (e.g., Debts collection and tracking of outstanding items)</strong></li> <li>Creation and dispatch of outgoing invoices & Tracking of special agreements or discounts</li> <li>Daily monitoring of incoming payments & Execution of dunning runs</li> <li>Coordination with sales regarding overdue customers</li> <li><strong>Management of Supplier Invoices – Accounts Payable (e.g., Processing of incoming invoices)</strong></li> <li>Verification of incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness</li> <li>Clarification of discrepancies with suppliers, Review and preliminary posting of travel expenses – verification, communication & posting</li> <li>Preparation of payments and reconciliation of accounts payables – creation of payment batch</li> <li>Reconciliation of accounts payables with open items, Maintenance of supplier master data in the SES system</li> <li><strong>Treasury Management - </strong>Regular reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial accounts</li> <li>Matching bank transactions with the accounting system</li> <li>Clarification of open items and discrepancies & Maintenance of account overview and liquidity planning</li> </ul> </div></div> <h2 class="rmk-qualification-header">Contributing your strengths: your qualifications</h2> <div class="rmk-qualification-content"><p><strong>Qualification and Education Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Chartered Accountant (CA) – Inter</li> <li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Inter</li> <li>Certified Management Accountant (CMA) – Inter</li> <li>ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) – Inter</li> <li>MBA Finance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>2 to 3 years of relevant experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills / Special Skills:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Technical Skills of Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Compliances, ERP, Data Analysis, Audit etc.</li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-our-offer-header"></h2> <div class="rmk-our-offer-content"></div> <div class="rmk-posting-closure"> <p class="rmk-closure-content">Have we awoken your interest?
