In this role, you will act as coordinator, ensuring that all user groups across streams are effectively prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working from day one.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">We offer you the opportunity to contribute your expertise to a challenging and complex SAP project. An exciting task with a high level of responsibility and a great deal of creative freedom awaits you.</span></p></p> <h2 class="rmk-responsibilites-header">Creating passion: your responsibilities</h2> <div class="rmk-resposibilities-content"><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate and execute training deployment activities in line with the program training strategy, in close collaboration with the Training Lead and cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Monitor training activities and provide ongoing support, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and program objectives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Define and manage training plans, including training infrastructure setup, session scheduling, and tracking of completion through KPIs (attendance, evaluations, and assessments using tools such as SuccessFactors).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Oversee the creation and quality of training materials and digital adoption content, ensuring alignment with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and consistency across formats (including in-app guidance using WalkMe, documentation, and e-learning).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Drive the adoption of digital enablement solutions (e.g., WalkMe) to provide in-application guidance, improve user experience, and increase adoption of new systems and processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ensure the availability and proper functioning of training and digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe), supporting the team in delivering effective and scalable user enablement.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate closely with functional streams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure training content reflects business processes and system functionalities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support the creation and maintenance of training documentation and reporting using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to support training delivery and user enablement activities.</span></li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-qualification-header">Contributing your strengths: your qualifications</h2> <div class="rmk-qualification-content"><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">5+ years of experience in training development, ideally within large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience working with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is a must. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Field Service) is highly desirable.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proven ability to engage diverse user groups, from operational roles to senior stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and user adoption strategies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Hands-on experience with digital adoption platforms, particularly WalkMe, for in-app guidance, user support, and adoption tracking.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience with training creation and learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, SuccessFactors LMS or similar).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong track record of delivering training activities on time and meeting project objectives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is highly desirable and German is an advantage.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">A proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ability to work independently with a structured and disciplined approach.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.</span></li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-our-offer-header">Our commitment to you: your benefits</h2> <div class="rmk-our-offer-content"><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">At Liebherr, we believe people are at the heart of our success.
