We are looking for a motivated <strong>SAP MDG Operations Consultant (m/f/d)</strong> to support the ongoing operations and continuous improvement of our Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions within our Global IT Shared Service Center in Madrid.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">In this role, you will work closely with the business Master Data Management (MDM) operations team to ensure the efficient, high-quality, and compliant execution of master data processes across key domains such as Business Partners and Materials.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">You will act as the interface between business users and IT, supporting day-to-day MDG operations, resolving issues, and ensuring that data governance processes are consistently applied and optimized.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale S/4HANA transformation environment and play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards across Liebherr’s global operations.</span></p></p> <h2 class="rmk-responsibilites-header">Creating passion: your responsibilities</h2> <div class="rmk-resposibilities-content"><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support the day-to-day operations of SAP MDG, ensuring smooth execution of master data processes and workflows.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Act as the interface between business MDM teams and IT, supporting users and resolving operational issues.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Monitor and manage MDG workflows and change requests, ensuring timely processing and high data quality.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Analyze and resolve data and system issues, coordinating with technical teams when needed. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support business users in data creation, maintenance, and governance processes, ensuring compliance with standards.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDG processes, enhancing efficiency and usability.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support testing activities and minor enhancements, ensuring stability of MDG solutions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintain proper documentation of processes and issues, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and functional teams to ensure alignment between operations and design.</span></li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-qualification-header">Contributing your strengths: your qualifications</h2> <div class="rmk-qualification-content"><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">3+ years of experience in SAP consulting or support roles, with exposure to Master Data Management and SAP MDG.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Basic to solid understanding of SAP MDG processes, particularly Business Partner and/or Material master data.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience supporting business users in operational environments, including issue resolution and process support.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Understanding of data governance principles and data quality management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience working in international and cross-functional environments is a plus.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Fluent in English (written and spoken);
