JOB DESCRIPTION:Position Summary: This position is responsible for leading a team of technicians and co-ops to deliver engaging, informative, and brand-aligned product demonstrations that support customer education and business objectives. The role ensures demonstrations are executed safely, effectively, and consistently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and performance. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align demonstration strategies with business priorities. The incumbent is responsible for developing annual plans and budgets, managing resources, and continuously improving demo effectiveness and customer experience.
