<p><strong>What will be your responsibilities?</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Disciplinary and functional leadership of the controlling team within the RVS EU organization</li> <li>Leading, motivating, and developing team members</li> <li>Coordinating planning processes (budget, forecast, outlook)</li> <li>Monitoring and analyzing costs, revenues, and investments</li> <li>Validating headcount and personnel cost planning</li> <li>Performing operative controlling and managing cost positions</li> <li>Coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes</li> <li>Analyzing and presenting financial data to stakeholders</li> <li>Supporting profitability improvement initiatives</li> <li>Developing controlling tools and processes</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You are the ideal candidate if you:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Accounting</li> <li>Have several years of experience in controlling</li> <li>Possess strong knowledge of financial KPIs</li> <li>Are experienced with SAP FICO and MS Office</li> <li>Have knowledge of IFRS and ideally HGB</li> <li>Have a strong analytical mindset</li> <li>Have excellent communication and leadership skills</li> <li>Are fluent in English (German is an advantage)</li> </ul> <p> </p>
