<p><span style="font-size:20.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Electronic Systems Engineer (f/m/d) </strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>LOCATION:</strong> Krakow / Poland | <strong>COMPANY:</strong> Knorr-Bremse Polska Sp. z o.o. | <strong> DEPARTMENT:</strong> R/RSM1 Modernization Engineering </span></p> <p><img style="height:auto;width:100%" src="https://rmkcdn.successfactors.com/ed7b1383/460f2282-46f0-456a-946f-c.jpg"></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>technical lead of brakes system projects,</li> <li>specify functional and safety requirements for SW and HW based on customer requirements,</li> <li>lead technical discussion with internal and external customers,</li> <li>develop control subsystems based on Knorr-Bremse and 3rd parties electronic platforms,</li> <li>develop of control application SW and perform SW testing (SW integration tests, HIL tests),</li> <li>support for system commissioning team,</li> <li>execute project activities with respect to project time line in compliance to V-model based Knorr-Bremse system engineering process and supporting processes like: change management, configuration management, version management,</li> <li>collaborate with other Knorr-Bremse locations / departments to align project solutions with project needs and product strategy,</li> <li>collaborate with project team members from all over the world: project manager, other system engineers, validation engineers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>bachelor or master degree in engineering (electronics, electrical, mechatronics, robotics, automation or similar),</li> <li>experience in railway, automotive or in other industry (minimum 2 years will be an advantage),</li> <li>experience with requirements management, change management, configuration management and process driven system / SW engineering,</li> <li>good understanding of electronics (HW interfaces), electrical schematics,</li> <li>good work package organization and analytical thinking,</li> <li>team player with specific role inheritance,</li> <li>fluent English (written and spoken).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Optional:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>knowledge about embedded SW, PLC or Matlab/Simulink will be an advantage,</li> <li>C/C++ programming skills will be an advantage,</li> <li>knowledge about mechanics, pneumatics, automatics or mechatronics will be an advantage,</li> <li>functional safety understanding will be an advantage.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We offer:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>stable employment and long‑term career growth,</li> <li>annual bonus up to 10% of your annual gross base salary,</li> <li>flexible hours (start between 7:00 and 9:30 a.m.),</li> <li>hybrid work model,</li> <li>private healthcare (upgrade options and family add‑ons),</li> <li>subsidized Multisport membership,</li> <li>partial funding for professional training,</li> <li>life insurance,</li> <li>vacation allowance,</li> <li>benefit points through the MyBenefit platform,</li> <li>access to company events,</li> <li>a comprehensive, role‑specific training program,</li> <li>opportunities for development and upskilling,</li> <li>a friendly culture and supportive team,</li> <li>additional bonuses and recognition awards.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p> </p>
