Job Overview The Principal Product Manager & Team Lead is a senior strategic leader within the Cardiovascular Surgery (CVS) business, responsible for high-level ownership of a broad and complex product portfolio. This role drives portfolio strategy, lifecycle performance, upstream marketing, voice of the customer interface, and cross-functional execution while ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and financial commitments. In addition to portfolio leadership, this position serves as the Team Lead for the Wayne Cardiovascular Surgery Product Management team and may directly manage Product Managers. The role provides mentorship, establishes operational rigor, and ensures excellence in product management execution within a highly regulated medical device environment. The individual must possess extensive medical device product management experience in highly regulated environments and demonstrated clinical marketing expertise.
