Become our new Field Service Engineer As a Field Service Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our advanced bioreactor systems at customer sites worldwide. You are the expert who keeps our equipment running smoothly and supports customers in getting the most out of their systems. Your challenge: In this role, you are responsible for delivering high-quality service and technical support, both on-site and remotely. You act as a trusted partner for customers, solving complex technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement of our products and services.
