In this role, you&apos;ll repair and maintain upper and lower limb prosthetics, directly contributing to freedom of movement. You&apos;ll start as a Service Technician and while it takes time to master our specialized products, you can advance through 3 technician levels, potentially becoming a trainer or team lead.</p> <p> </p> <p><em><strong>This role is temp to hire. </strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Pay rate is $18.50 an hour.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4pm (some flexibility within an hour or two of that schedule once trained)</strong></em></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Repairs, calibrates and maintains upper or lower prosthetics. </li> <li>Performs component testing protocols for quality assurance. </li> <li>Provides technical assistance to customers regarding repair issues, estimates, product knowledge and compatibilities. </li> <li>Offers guidance to customers on repair decisions. </li> <li>Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. </li> <li>Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. </li> <li>Follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance. </li> <li>Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans. </li> <li>Shows dependability by being to work on time and plans requests for time off ahead of schedule. </li> <li>Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Promotes and personally observes safety procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>1-2 years of related technical experience.</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of computer experience; must confidently operate a computer and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
