About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to support the assembly, configuration, and testing of secure hardware and software systems in a high-assurance manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working with advanced technologies and documented procedures to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance.This position is well suited for early-career candidates who take pride in precision work, enjoy working with electronics and hardware, and are eager to build technical experience in a regulated production setting. Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test hardware products in accordance with documented work instructions and proceduresInstall and configure software based on order and configuration requirementsInspect incoming materials and components for quality, defects, and specification complianceTroubleshoot and resolve basic issues with non-conforming components or assembliesOperate and maintain test equipment, including bench-top instruments and proprietary toolsAssemble, debug, and support test boards and custom test fixturesAssist with installation, qualification, and maintenance of production equipmentPrepare and coordinate outbound shipments for customer ordersFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environmentSupport general production operations and participate in continuous improvement initiativesPerform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives QualificationsEducationAssociate degree or relevant technical training (electronics, engineering technology, or similar)Experience0–1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical environmentElectromechanical assembly, box build, or basic PCB/programming experience is a plus Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBasic understanding of electronics and experience using electronic test equipmentMechanical aptitude with familiarity working on computer-based or hardware systemsPrior experience in a test, lab, or technical production environment preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracyComfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and precisionReliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing prioritiesSelf-motivated with a strong focus on safety, process adherence, and results Additional RequirementsValid driver’s licenseU.S. Citizenship required due to government and defense-related work
