YOUR ROLEYou want to help us modernize and create the services our colleagues rely on and you like to see immediate impact across Netlight’s operations? Join our international Tech organization and help build the internal products thousands of colleagues work with every day. In a small, agile team of 5 developers, you will:Design, build, and maintain the internal services that underpins Netlight’s operationsDevelop and evolve business‑critical services, microservices, and REST APIsCreate integrations and automations that streamline and digitalize internal processesShip on AWS using Infrastructure as Code for scalable, modern delivery
OUR STACKJava, Spring Boot, Maven/Gradle, AWS, IaC (e.g., Terraform/AWS CDK), monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), automated testing (e.g., JUnit/Mockito) YOUR PROFILE- IT degree and 2+ years in agile backend roles with Java and Spring Boot- Solid experience with REST APIs, microservices, and Git- Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns- Comfortable owning solutions end‑to‑end; collaborative and service‑minded- Fluent English; based in Munich
