POSITION SUMMARY: The Finance Director acts as a key influencer to business leaders and is responsible for providing financial leadership and business partnership to Advanced Energy’s Global Sales organization in support of strategic decision-making within their organizations. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, business savvy, regularly identifying business needs and recommending changes and improvements for both the Global Sales organization and within the Global Finance organization. The Director, Finance is a hands-on leader supporting Vice Presidents and their strategic sales teams, by leveraging broad finance experience and best practices to support strategic initiatives through high impact financial analysis, reporting, and insight. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $180,000 to $230,000 per year.
