POSITION SUMMARY: Works with Engineering and related department to improve process in AEMY Hybrid dept. Coordinating process robutness activities in both manufacturing process and equipment, ensure process ability and product quality meets AEMY standard and customers’ requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Control manufacturing process and monitor quality performance both internal & external, review quality data with related persons regularly.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Coordinate process improvement activities for process stability and product quality.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Task including process yield continuous improvement, implement containment action, investigate the root cause, follow up corrective actions and response to related person/department, and Product Hold process follow up.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Set up process management plan for each product and ensure being understood and followed.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Guide production personnel such as operator and inspector on quality standard and workmanship standard understanding.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Data collecting and analysis, and drive improvement with data.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Equipment calibration management, Jig and Fixture PM, intranet database maintenance and work expert-level support in specialized technical areas, with access to proprietary systems, technical procedures, and confidential project data. </li> <li <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Have in process quality control or engineering experience.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Having experience in wire bond process, either ball or wedge bonding.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Preferably with knowledge of Semiconductor Assembly Backend processes.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">The 6-Sigma background is preferred.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Univers (WN)', sans-serif">Minimum 5 years of experinece in wire bond process.</li> </ul> EDUCATION: <ul
