<p> </p> <p> Factory inventory control, ensure MRP running correctly with all master data parameter setting under control. Identify proper setting with SCM team to improve inventory control. MRP system improvement plan, Factory E&O data analyst and dispose.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <ol start="1" type="1"> <li>Regular master data maintain</li> <li>Inventory report and data analyzing, to ensure factory is buying what inneed</li> <li>Provide weekly inventory report to team, and come up data analyst for EOH inventory level.</li> <li>E&O inventory analyzing, and dispose request to have E&O inventory clean up timely.</li> <li>Working with planning and purchasing team on excess inventory clean up plan.</li> <li>Cycle count report analyzing and data confirming.</li> <li>Training SAP PP / MM user.</li> <li>Consolidate training document while required</li> <li>Leadership is required.</li> </ol> <p><strong><u> </u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <ol> <li>Works in standard office environment and uses general office equipment (telephone, PC, copier, fax machine</li> <li>Overtime may be necessary in times of increased production.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>SKILLS:</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <p>1.Thorough understanding of SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP), planning functions, and shop floor processes and materials.<br><br>2. Ability to effectively interpret and summarize statistical reports.<br><br>3. Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities.<br><br>4. Excellent understanding of parts master data and buying lead time impacting on inventory..<br><br>5. Excellent with written and verbal communication skills in English language.<br><br>6.
