<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Assist in executing daily and weekly production schedules based on planning input.</li> <li>Monitor timely delivery of materials and components to production lines.</li> <li>Issue and maintain shop floor documentation and work orders.</li> <li>Communicate with internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of production data against WO</li> <li>Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing basic reports.</li> <li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production control and material flow.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Ability to present ideas in a clear and persuasive manner, both orally and in writing.</li> <li>Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements in demand, product description, and material demand.</li> <li>Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities</li> <li>Minimum of three to five years of production planning or material management experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ideally PCBA /SMT experience</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience in a high mix/low volume, pull-based manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility.</li> <li>Previous experience with SAP.</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience. </li> </ul> <p> </p>
