Provide full‑day supervisory coverage to support rapid quality issue resolution, maintain stable manpower coverage, and strengthen day‑to‑day QC discipline. Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and operational readiness, including support for new site setup and expansion activities.</span></p> <p><br><strong><span style="font-family:arial, Daily Supervision in Cleanroom</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Provide full‑shift supervisory coverage to ensure consistent QC presence and faster response to quality issues.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Oversee daily QC & OQA activities including in‑process, and final inspections & Outgoing Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with defined standards and work instructions.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Monitor defect trends, inspection results, and quality performance; escalate issues promptly and ensure containment actions are implemented.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Ensure strong day‑to‑day control of QC stations, inspection methods, and acceptance criteria.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• To manage the in-process Quality control and conduct audits as planned; issue Internal CARs, drive CAPA implementation till closure within the defined timeline.</span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Daily on-site monitor & verification of particle count, temperature and humidity at clean room environment.</span></li> <li><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manpower Management & Workforce Coverage</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Maintain an effective supervisor‑to‑headcount ratio to enable strong people management and operational control.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Respond quickly to manpower shortages caused by medical leave, absenteeism, or attendance issues through rapid resource reallocation.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Minimize operational and quality risks by ensuring adequate QC coverage across all shifts and lines.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Track QC attendance, tardiness, and discipline; address issues in line with company policies and escalate when necessary.</span></li> <li><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Defect Detection, Performance Monitoring & Reporting</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Strengthen defect detection through consistent inspection execution and close monitoring of escape risks.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Review daily quality data, defect reports, and rework/scrap information to support corrective and preventive actions.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Communicate quality performance, risks, and priorities clearly to Operations, Engineering, and Quality leadership.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Support root cause investigations by providing first‑hand inspection data, defect observations, and inspector feedback.</span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• SPC monitoring process for Out-of-Control (OOC) and Out-of-Specification (OOS) issues, including expectations for investigation, action tracking, and status updates, to ensure effective process control and continuous improvement.</span></span></li> <li><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Training, Coaching & Team Development</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Train and coach QC inspectors on inspection techniques, defect recognition, quality standards, and discipline requirements.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Build quality awareness and accountability within the QC team.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Provide on‑the‑job guidance to improve inspector skill levels, judgment consistency, and adherence to procedures.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Support onboarding and qualification of new QC personnel.</span></li> <li><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, preferred.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Strong hands‑on knowledge of inspection methods, defect detection, and workmanship standards in a manufacturing environment.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Proven experience in daily manpower supervision, including attendance control, shift coverage, and rapid response to absenteeism.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Ability to provide full‑day floor support and lead timely containment and escalation of quality issues.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">• Experience in QC station setup, standardization, and continuous improvement
