<p><strong><u>OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE</u></strong></p> <p>Demonstrate engineering skill to meet the expectations / requirements of the design quality testing. Required previous project experiences including:</p> <ul> <li>Test Report Plan</li> <li>Thermal Test</li> <li>Bench ATE Test</li> <li>Manual test and protection test <ul> <li>OVP、UVP、OTP、OCP、loop gain.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Stress Test <ul> <li>Execute extreme voltage and current stress tests on internal power devices (such as Si/GaN/SiC MOSFETs, Diodes)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>Design and develop switched-mode power supplies </strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Review customer specification & test documentation</li> <li>Prepare test plan</li> <li>Test and report testing result</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="2"> <li><strong>FA, Testing & Debugging</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Deliver custom test report</li> <li>Support testing process and work on test report in each design stages</li> <li>Demonstrate independent skill on bench works of manual & ATE test</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="3"> <li><strong>Design Documentation</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Reviews customer specification & test documentation</li> <li>Test report maintenance</li> <li>Responsible on design quality of testing and test report</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ol start="4"> <li><strong>Design Support</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Test and review the design modification made by Design Engineer Team</li> <li>Work closely with Electrical Engineer and Firmware Engineer to deliver power supplies with designed quality</li> <li>Provides technical supports for bench ATE test</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>JOB SPECIFICATION/ COMPETENCY REQUIRED</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient in operating high-end digital oscilloscopes and differential/isolated optical probes to capture dynamic waveforms.</li> <li>Frequency Response Analyzers (FRA) / Network Analyzers to independently measure Loop Gain.</li> <li>Setting up Electronic Loads to design dynamic transient load test profiles.</li> <li>Strong soldering and PCB modification skills (e.g., desoldering/replacing test components, extending current loops, or preparing test fixtures).</li> </ul>
